All year the girls team was favored to make it a 3rd state title in a row, but each year is long and can be unpredictable. NCHSAA 4A Mideast Regional
The Falcons ran well in the Mideast Regional Championship on a very cold and wet morning at Wake Med Soccer Park on Saturday, Sep 29. Tri-9 Conference Championship
One of the major stories from the 2011 Tri-9 Conference Meet was the end of the boys team’s 9 year run as conference champions, as the Falcons finished 3rd behind Panther Creek and Cary. 4 Runners Only Cross Country Carnival
Lots of PRs were set again at the 4 Runners Only Invitational in Kernersville on October 8th. The invitational was held at Beeson Park, the site of the 2011 state championship races in November.

Great American Cross Country Festival
Great job to everyone who raced in the Great American Cross Country Festival at Wake Med Park on October 1st.
