Girls repeat again, boys impressive at SWAC Championships
The Falcons competed in the SWAC Championship races on Wednesday, October 15, at Wake Med Soccer Park. The day marked the end of the cross country season for most of the team members. Freshmen, sophomores highlight big day in Kernersville
The Falcons traveled to Kernersville on Friday for the final invitational of the year on Saturday October 11. The NC Runners Elite Invitational includes the 9-10 Race which has been dubbed the “unofficial JV state championship” for many years. Great performances at Great American
The Falcons ran in the Great American Cross Country Festival at Wake Med Park on October 4th. It was almost ideal conditions for racing and the boys varsity stepped to the line for the first race of the day, the Red Race, at 8:00am. Falcon runners bring home Seahawk titles and PRs
The Falcons traveled to Wilmington the weekend of September 5-6 to run in the Omega Seahawk Invitational. GH opens invitational season with wins at Providence
On August 23, the Falcons kicked off their invitational season with a trip to Charlotte to race in the Providence Invitational. Conditions were very hot and very humid for the early season race, but roughly 60 teams ran well over 1,000 runners in the day’s races.
