Nike Cross Nationals Southeast Regional
The best teams and many of the top individuals from the southeastern U.S. descended upon Wake Med Soccer Park on Saturday, November 30, to run in the NXN Southeast Regional. NCHSAA 4A State Championship
The Falcons had to wait around Saturday morning before heading over to Kernersville Saturday afternoon for the North Carolina 4A state championship. The Falcons hosted the Mideast Regional at Wake Med Soccer Park in very cold conditions Saturday, October 26. It was a busy morning as the 4A Mideast Region, 1A Mideast, and 2A Mideast all competed at Wake Med. SWAC Conference Championship

Frosh-Soph Invitational
The last invitational of the year was the Frosh-Soph Invitational at Beeson Park in Kernersville on Saturday October 12. Beeson Park is the site of the state championship meet on November 2, so many teams use the meet as a chance to preview the state meet course. Great American Cross Country Festival
On Saturday October 5, the Falcons participated in the Great American Cross Country Festival at Wake Med Soccer Park in Cary. As usual many of the top teams from across the eastern half of the country descended upon Cary and the team performed very well, especially considered the unseasonably warm conditions.

Greensboro Invitational
Around 90 Falcons runners made their way west on Highway 64 and up 421 north to Hagan Stone Park on September 28 for the Greensboro Invitational. Providence Invitational
The Falcons traveled to Charlotte to run in the Providence Invitational on August 24th. The conditions were very good for an August morning and Green Hope started the invitational season with a bang.
