News: Tri-6 Conference Meet

The 2018 Tri-6 Conference Meet took place on a Monday afternoon for the first time. The Falcons did not see quite the success they had in years past on this day, but there were a ton of personal records and the season ended on a high note fo many of the runners.
The boys team finished 3rd in a close 3-team (out of 6 conference teams) race as they were edged by Panther Creek and Cary. The boys were disappointed, but ran well. Earning all-conference status were Thomas Vo, Reed Blackman, Justin Polonio, Michael Taylor, Dillon Patel,and Spencer Cowley.
The girls were led by all-conference runners Tess Davila,Kelsey Vogel, Bailey Fowler, Ana Cubillo, Julie Tonon, and Zoey Davila to a runner-up finish.
The boys JV scored a perfect score of 15 to win the conference team title for the 17th straight year and the girls JV edged PC for their 17th straight title as well. Next up for the Falcons is the Regional Meet on October 27th at Wake Med Park. The boys race at 9:30 and the girls at 10:30.
