The Falcons kick-off their season with a 3K Saturday August 11th at Wake Med Park. GH is allowed to enter 20 runners in each of the following races:
9-10 Girls 8:00
9-10 Boys 8:30
11-12 Girls 9:00
11-12 Boys 9:30
